Nuhad Studio’s team took charge of developing the Revit model, which included not only modeling the entire project but also crafting over 20 parametric families for the millwork and cabinetry.
To ensure efficient progress, we proposed splitting the team into two groups: one group focused on modeling the house, while the other developed the custom families. Our process began with creating the as-built model based on survey data, sketch measurements, and Google Maps. We then worked in phases to coordinate plans for both the existing conditions and the new addition.
Simultaneously, we collaborated with vendors to source materials and prepared a mood board that captured the client’s vision for the interior design. Once the modeling phase was complete, we produced the permit set. This comprehensive set included floor plans, roof plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), interior and exterior elevations, sections, wall sections, and detailed construction drawings.
