I’m Nuhad Kassab
Strong Entrepreneurship Architectural Designer, BIM specialist, and founder of NUHAD STUDIO, a company with over five years of experience in the AEC industry, providing services to architectural firms in the United States.
With more than ten years of professional experience in big AEC firms in Buenos Aires and New York, I was driven to forge my own path. My career in these firms allowed me to recognize many of the challenges and needs that architecture professionals face, leading me to design and offer the collaborative solutions we provide today at Nuhad Studio.
I aim to assist firms looking to delegate projects to an external professional or team. I work with professionals with whom I can build relationships based on trust and mutual understanding, something I’ve discovered to be the key to ensuring the success of every project.
What do I like most?
Traveling is essential to who I am; it defines me and helps me grow. Through my travels, I have come to realize the profound importance of taking care of the world we live in. We are part of something bigger, and it’s our responsibility to protect it so we can continue to enjoy the beauty of this incredible planet. I am particularly interested in collaborating on projects that incorporate bio-architecture and more sustainable design, planning, and building practices.

YAMILA.
BIM MODELER & 3D ARTIST
Yamila Gimenez Luchuk is an architectural designer who graduated from the University of Architecture, Design, and Urbanism at UBA, Argentina. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of participating in significant projects such as the EcoPark of Buenos Aires City. Additionally, she has traveled and lived in New Zealand and Spain, which has allowed her to adopt a global perspective on architecture and design, combining different cultural approaches with a deep commitment to sustainability and human well-being.
With over six years of experience as a BIM modeler, Yamila has collaborated on various projects, ensuring the effective integration and coordination of multidisciplinary teams at every stage of the process. She focuses on ensuring that the BIM models are accurate, efficient, and contribute to project success.

AUTOCAD EXPERT
Giselle Bruni graduated as an architect from Buenos Aires University. In her early years as a professional, she worked for real estate and construction companies, specializing in multi-family buildings and having the chance to participate in different design process stages. At the same time, she has vast experience with corporate and commercial architecture.
She aims to help through her profession and provide answers to human needs, improving habitable conditions in buildings and their natural environment through the responsible use of technologies and materials. She is a digital nomad who believes teamwork and diverse cultural perspectives can enhance projects and lead to successful outcomes.

Agustín Regibaud holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He has trained as a copywriter, UX writer, and content writer with leading professionals in the field, both in Spanish and English. He is observant and prefers to listen before sharing his opinion. He has a particular interest and expertise in sustainable architecture and urban planning.
Since 2017, he has lived in different countries and traveled to many more. He enjoys connecting with locals in the cities and towns he visits, listening to their stories, understanding their ways of life, immersing himself in their cultures, and sharing meaningful moments. The experiences gained from his journey serve as a source of ideas and fresh perspectives, which he incorporates into every project he undertakes.
